We can restore backups to staging environments first, allowing for safe testing and verification before applying changes to your live site.
Extended backup retention
Backups are retained for at least 90 days, giving us the ability to restore from a wide range of recovery points.

Host backups are better than nothing, but they’re not always enough. On rare occasions we’ve seen hosts have major outages, take customer dashboards offline, or even disappear unexpectedly, taking sites (and backups) with them.
Off-site backups give you a way out. If your hosting provider has a major outage, your content and your backups are still safe somewhere else.
Yes! Though we usually prefer to restore only what you need, rather than rewinding the entire site to a previous point in time (otherwise anywork in the meantime would be lost.)
We can restore your files, the database (your content and settings), or the entire site, depending on what happened and what gets you back online cleanly.
In multiple, secure cloud storage locations that are separate from the server your site runs on. In other words, your safety net isn’t sitting in the same place as the site it’s protecting.
